I was pretty indifferent to this man's talent until, as an adult, I saw this film and was blown away by the phenomenal skill he displayed at such a young age.

I love James Cagney's performance as well!
Cagney is absolutely a tour de force. I love this version of Midsummer Night's Dream - it may be my favorite, next to Woody Allen's.
