The recent flare up of town hall anger at Duffy isn’t the first time he has faced off with constituents. Earlier this year, he told some constituents that he is struggling to get by on his $174,000 salary. Poor, poor Rep. Duffy, with that tiny income. And those foster children, shouldn't they have a big "f" or "U" for "unwanted" or something tattooed on their foreheads too?
