Bush administration immunity

This has been pointed out before, but it is well worth repeating: It is clear as crystal that the only reason the Bush administration is pushing so hard for FISA legislation that would grant immunity to telecoms is that they know that if current lawsuits are allowed to proceed, it is their own asses that are going to be on the line. Please read Glenn's post and consider pitching in to the Act Blue ad campaign he links to. It seems like the only thing we can do.
