Dahlia Lithwick and "Bushisms" are the only reason to read Slate these days, and I rarely venture over there even for that, unless someone else - as is the case today - points me in that direction. Ms. Lithwick suggests that we "call executive overreaching what it is" and I say, Fine. Let's really quit beating around the bush, so to speak, and call it war crimes.
