Well, I'm sure he'll call them SOMETHING, Ricky!These are people who not only WANT to vote, BTW, they are planning on it. They are American citizens living overseas.
I worry if there will be any foolishness that might happen to the overseas ballots, since those living overseas are perceived as "liberals"I know, it's a little paranoid, but Karl Rove is still breathing :-)
