I got one by email today that I know you would be interested in about the state school board nixing a language curriculum based on some wingnut agenda. I haven't had time to search their web site for a link to post it on my blog, and without cutting and pasting the whole thing from email (it's pretty long) I don't know how else to post it, but I didn't get it until just before 5, so I haven't had time to really investigate. Check back!
It's very, very bad right now, heydave - but not completely over yet. The House has a slim chance of mitigating some of the worst aspects of this Senate bill. Keep your fingers crossed, and be vocal!
