Of course, that's why Bill loves him so much....
Anonymous Liberal on the "true conservatism" of Mike Huckabee. Seriously, we Democrats can only WISH that Republicans would land on this guy as their nominee.
Apparently, the rightwing Club For Growth has even got an anti-Huckabee website. He is also not pure on the immigration issue which might burst Bill's bubble when that fact bubbles up through his network of wingnut news sources.
"Club For Growth"??? WTF? Wow, that name alone is a goldmine for comedians, isn't it. Yeah, apparently the fact that Huckabee lobbied hard for, and won, release of a convicted rapist who proceeded to go out and rape and kill again doesn't faze these evangelical voters one whit. Values, doncha know. Well, I can think of a lot of adjectives for Mike Huckabee, but "pure" is pretty far down the list.
